‘Reuse-Refill-Return (Subscription)’ Service

Q: How can I get started with the ‘Reuse-Refill-Return’ (Subscription) service? 

A: Easy, visit the shop at fleuratorium.co.uk and choose ‘Reuse-Refill-Return’ (Repeat), decide on the frequency that you want to repeat the ‘Reuse-Refill-Return (Subscription)’ Service. This determines the cost of subsequent flower refills - see below.  The initial payment is more as it also includes the purchase of a 100% recycled glass vase.

Weekly: £12 

Fortnightly £17 

Monthly: £20 

Q: How do I pay for the refills? 

A: Depending on the frequency of your repeat, you will receive a link to your mobile or email (as agreed) on the Thursday evening for that week’s refill. If you don’t have access to online banking, just let Vickie know and we can arrange for cash to be left when you drop off your vase. 

Q: How do I know where to drop off my vase at the collection point? 

A: Each drop off and collection point will have a designated area to safely store your vase. Just hand it to the shop assistant or place in the collection box at the Fleuratorium drop off. Make sure your vase is at the drop off/collection point by 4pm Thursday. 

Q: When can I collect my refilled arrangement? 

A: Your arrangement will be delivered back to your designated drop off/collection point early on Friday morning. Just repeat the process, ask the shop assistant to collect your flowers for you. 


Q: How will you know which vase is mine? 

A: When you purchase your vase it will have an identifying mark on its base. In addition, there will be clear labelling for the shop assistants at the collection points, so don’t worry.


Q: Can I choose the flowers? 

A: Vickie will only be selecting from the best flowers available that week. So, the flowers will be both seasonal and fresh! The arrangement will include statement foliage and be created in the usual Fleuratorium style, so expect incredibly beautiful and eye catching flowers designed to delight. The colours will be chosen specifically to reflect the season and ensure a pleasing arrangement. 


Q: Can I change the frequency of my repeat pattern? 

A: Yes, no problem. Just contact Vickie at fleuratorium@gmail.com on the Monday before your vase is refilled again. 


Q: Can I use my own vase? 

A: No, the arrangements are planned to suit the Fleuratorium vase. If you wish, you can transfer the flowers to a different vessel when you get them home. It’s something we will be looking to include in the near future.

Reuse-Refill-Return (Subscription)

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) are the terms and conditions upon which Fleuratorium (“we/us”) make available to you, the event commissioner, for any of our services. 

By paying to participate in the ‘Reuse-Refill-Return (Subscription)’ service with Fleuratorium you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Fleuratorium

    1. All Fleuratorium Florist products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a floral ingredient. The choice of flowers included are at the discretion of Fleuratorium and will be the best quality available on the day. Flowers and plant material are natural products and colours may differ/be unavailable to those agreed, but we will always make every effort to source products accordingly.

      1. In the event that Fleuratorium are unable to supply product, service or any substitute product or service to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full. See 7.3.

  2. Prices and payment

    1. The initial cost will include the price of the vase. Subsequent cost of the ‘Reuse-Refill-Return (Subscription)’ service will cover the floral arrangement. This payment needs to be completed via our website shop to participate in the ‘Reuse-Refill-Return (Subscription)’ service.

    2. Full payment for the initial flower arrangement will be taken via the website. Subsequent refills will be made via a payment link sent to the customer a day before the stated delivery date. Fleuratorium reserves the right to cancel any ‘Reuse-Refill-Return (Subscription)’ service flowers, if payment is not made by this day. We are not obliged to offer any compensation for inconvenience caused.

    3. Once the frequency of your ‘Reuse-Refill-Return (Subscription)’ service flowers have been confirmed, any subsequent changes must be submitted in writing by the Monday of the week of the change. Fleuratorium will, where possible, try  to accommodate your needs. 

    4. Frequency of the ‘Reuse-Refill-Return (Subscription)’ service will determine the ongoing repeat cost. These costs are available to view on the website. Fleuratorium reserves the right to change the cost of the flowers as there may be seasonal variations. Customers will be notified via email or text (as agreed) of a permanent change.  

  3. Delivery

    1. Fleuratorium will confirm in person, by email or text (as agreed) the designated collection/drop off point for the ‘Reuse-Refill-Return (Subscription)’ service. They are: 

      Collection point 1: Fleuratorium - 16 Station Road, Warnham, West Sussex, RH12 3SR

      Collection Point 2: New House Farm Shop - Old Crawley Road, Faygate, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 4RU

      Collection Point 3: Slinfold Village Stores - 4 The Street, Slinfold, Horsham, West Sussex, RH13 0RP

    2. Your contact telephone number or e-mail address is required so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

    3. Customer flowers will be delivered on Friday, in the morning. If, for any reason, we are not able to meet the delivery or set up time, you will be notified as soon as feasibly possible.

  4. Damage

    1. Fleuratorium will personally deliver ‘Reuse-Refill-Return (Subscription)’ service flowers to the collection point(s) unless otherwise agreed. 

    2. Fleuratorium accepts no responsibility for any damage caused to the vase or its contents at a collection point once we have left the designated collection point venue. 

    3. Fleuratorium accepts no responsibility for failure to collect. Any oversight to collect by an individual remains the responsibility of the said individual.

    4. After Fleuratorium has ‘handed over’ the fresh flowers for the ‘Reuse-Refill-Return (Subscription)’ service at the agreed venue, Fleuratorium will no longer be responsible for any fresh flowers or floral arrangements provided. 

  5. Cancellation of the Fleuratorium products or service

    1. Cancellation of the Fleuratorium products or ‘Reuse-Refill-Return (Subscription)’ service must be communicated in writing as soon as reasonably possible by contacting fleuratorium@gmail.com.

  6. Complaints about the Fleuratorium product or service

    1. In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the Fleuratorium product or service, any complaints should be addressed in the first instance, and within 1 working day of the delivery date.

    2. Because of the perishable nature of our products, you will be advised upon delivery how to store/care for your product and we ask that you fulfil this. Usually, the instruction will be to keep the product in a cool place, away from draughts or heat. It will be recommended that you change the water after a couple of days. 

  7. Force Majeure - Ill health, Acts of God or adverse weather conditions

    1. If the delivery is cancelled by no fault of your own, pandemic, or other special occurrence where the government has stopped events taking place, we will not charge for flowers that have not been collected. 

    2. Acts of God, sudden ill health and adverse weather conditions may affect our ability to deliver the Fleuratorium ‘Reuse-Refill-Return (Subscription)’ service. If payment has been taken, this will be refunded or carried over to the next expected delivery. In cases of the above and also adverse weather, we will endeavour remain in contact with you to discuss alternative arrangements. If Vickie Bacon of Fleuratorium is unable to personally complete or deliver your ‘Reuse-Refill-Return (Subscription)’ service, you will be notified and new arrangements made. Ultimately, we cannot accept responsibility for Acts of God, sudden ill health or adverse weather conditions. 

    3. In the unlikely event that we are unable to carry our your ‘Reuse-Refill-Return (Subscription)’ service due to our own fault or situation, we will reimburse any relevant fees for the affected week of the ‘Reuse-Refill-Return (Repeat)’ service. 

  8. General

    1. We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions of Fleuratorium ‘Reuse-Refill-Return (Subscription)’ service from time to time. If you do not sign and return a copy of the Terms and Conditions as listed herewith; by the act of paying for the initial delivery you are proceeding with the entering into a contract and therefore agree to these Terms and Conditions.

    2. Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate Fleuratorium ‘Reuse-Refill-Return (Subscription)’ service with reasonable cause at any time.
